Stay Connected this Summer with your McKinley Friends!

Summer is almost here and Fairfield is a great place to be this season! McKinley families love to have fun and you can find them enjoying various activities all around town in the summer. Fairfield has so much to offer its residents, and especially children, over the summer…from great programs at the Fairfield Public Library to monthly Sand Jams & Movie Nights at Jennings Beach to Peanut Butter Jam Session picnic performances at the Sherman Green Gazebo to a summer concert series at Sherman Green Gazebo, to the beaches and lake, and more! Info about these free events and programs can be found on the Fairfield Public Library website here or the Fairfield Parks & Rec website here.

As the weekly e newsletter will be sent less frequently over the summer, the best way to stay in touch socially with your McKinley friends is by joining the McKinley Parents Community Facebook group here. The mission of the group is to provide communication, support and education to the families of McKinley School. This closed group is private and strictly for McKinley families, and is not school or PTA-sponsored. Members requesting to join must be approved by an admin. It’s a quick and effective way to stay connected with your McKinley friends, join the fun!
